A Key Account Manager (M/F)

Position to fill immediately

True ambassador of Nexway’s product offer and core business, you will have the mission to assist publishers and content providers (mainly software and video games) in France and in Europe with their digital distribution strategy. You will have to:

- Develop the digital sales of about fifteen key publishers by means of targeted marketing operations
- Draft briefing documents in order to create white label e-stores entirely embedded into the publisher’s site; the design will be performed by an in-house graphic studio.
- Coordinate the development of web projects up to their delivery, in liaison with a project manager. - Optimize key performance indicators: conversion rates, average shopping cart, up-selling…
- Deploy marketing plans aiming at generating qualified traffic; maximize customer acquisition as well as their retention
- Assure product distribution by download via the Nexway European distribution network (Fnac, Pixmania, 01net, Orange, RueduCommerce, Alapage, El Corte Inglès…)

Strong ability to listen and analyze as well as good writing skills are required for this position.

Background / Professional Experience

High Business School, Master Degree in E-commerce At least 2-3 years relevant experience as E-commerce Product Manager or Web marketing Manager

Compétences requises

- You have excellent web culture and expertise in e-commerce related issues.
- Fluent English mandatory
