Help Desk Customer Care (M/F)
Position to fill immediately in Uccle, Brussels.
Nexway Benelux is hiring a team member for its Brussels Helpdesk platform located in Uccle. In direct contact with English-speaking end-customers of Nexway software, games and music sales platforms, you will have to advise and help British consumers when purchasing online. The Help Desk service is aimed at Games, Software, and Music channels customers of the European Internet key players (e-marchant sites, portals), as well as big publishers of digital content (mainly software and video games).
You must:
- Be the interface between the product offers and Nexway’s platforms customers
- Qualify customers’ enquiries and answer their requests or expectations
- Customer relationship is made through phone and/or by email, that means excellent verbal and outstanding writing skills in the English language are required.
Strong ability for listening and analysing is also required for this position.
Background / Professional experience
Background: Graduate School / Higher Education Degree required At least one-year experience in the field of software or video games.
Required additional skills
- You should possess good web culture and excellent microcomputer knowledge
- Be customer-oriented with good sales feeling
- Fluency in English is crucial, Dutch is a big plus, and any other European language would be a must.
