Help Desk & Sales Agent (M/W)

Position to be filled immediately in Uccle, Brussels

Nexway Benelux is recruiting a Help Desk & Sales Agent for its Brussels platform located in Uccle.
In direct relationship with end-customers (Benelux and UK) of software, video games, and music sales platforms, you will have to advise and help consumers with the online purchase act.

The Help Desk Department is dealing with end customers of Video Games, Software and Music channels of big European Internet actors (e-merchant sites, portals), as well as big digital content publishers (mainly software and video games).

You will have to:
- Be the interface between the Nexway product offer and platform customers
- Qualify the customers’ and resellers’ requests and answer to their needs or expectations
(Quotations/Follow up/Reminders)
- Develop our key publishers’ digital sales using targeted marketing actions (product highlights, emailings)
- Write briefs with the purpose of building e-merchant spaces in white label, imbedded into the publisher’s website, designed by an in-house graphic studio.
- Assist with the development of web projects up to their delivery, in coordination with a Project Manager
- Ensure the digital distribution of products on the Nexway network
- Manage and follow up the integration of the different versions of software in our catalog
- Do some translations from French or English into Dutch

Answering customers and resellers by phone or email implies excellent verbal and writing skills

Great listening and analysis ability is essential for this position.

Professional and Educational Background required

- Education: College degree / Graduate
- At least 1 year experience in the field of software or video games

Required skills

- You have a good web culture and outstanding knowledge of micro-computing
- You are customer-oriented with a good sales sense
- Required languages: Dutch as native language, French and English
- Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory, any other European language would be a plus
