asknet and Nexway Open Strategic Partnership Discussion

November 13, 2018, Paris/Karlsruhe – Nexway Group AG, the 100% shareholder of Nexway SAS, a Paris and Nimes (France) based ecommerce services company (“Nexway”) founded by a French entrepreneur Gilles Ridel, and asknet AG, a Karlsruhe (Germany) based and Germany-listed e-commerce solutions and software distribution firm (“asknet”) originally incubated in Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, have agreed to open discussions about a strategic partnership. The commercial terms of the potential strategic partnership between asknet and Nexway should be agreed before or on December 12, 2019, with further information to be publicly disclosed at that time.
