Supervisory Board of asknet AG appoints new Executive Board

June 28, 2019, Karlsruhe – asknet AG’s Annual General Meeting today elected Aston Fallen, Matthew Baile and Thomas Garrahan to the company’s Supervisory Board. In the subsequent constituent meeting of the supervisory board, Aston Fallen was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Thomas Garrahan as Deputy Chairman. In connection with his election to the Supervisory Board, Aston Fallen resigned from his position as CEO of asknet AG.

The new Supervisory Board appointed Norman Hansen and Victor Iezuitov as the company’s new Management Board. Victor Iezuitov was appointed as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Norman Hansen was appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Norman Hansen will continue to serve as the president of Nexway SAS.

In addition, the Annual General Meeting also resolved to change the name of asknet AG to Nexway AG, which will be implemented step by step in the coming months starting.
