The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner who is excited to work in a ‘startup’ spirit company and is comfortable dealing with a high level of uncertainty. You will work closely with the CPO and Product Manager on product development of our main product: Monetize.

Your role will involve talking to customers to understand what to build, researching ways of delivering new functionalities, grooming, and fleshing out tickets, and discussing with developers to find the best solution. You will take over the whole product development cycle, from ideation, to grooming, to planning, to day-to-day tracking, to retros, and to coordinating releases to our customers. We believe useful features are features used by our customers, so you will need to be comfortable with making quick decisions, prioritizing pragmatically, and helping our developers to ship fast. You will keep track of the technical debt and help the team to reduce it when appropriate.

Here are some of the project you might work on:

  • Enabling our products to cover more features use cases
  • Making our products easier, more intuitive, and faster to use
  • Extending our integrations and developer-focused features
  • Scaling our products to fit multiple clients’ needs
  • Drive customers’ adoption and engagement

Key responsibilities

  • Translate feature requests, business strategy, and market opportunities into product priorities,
  • Collaborate with customers, marketing, sales, CSM and Customer Care to understand and anticipate market needs, keeping our product development philosophy in mind:
  • Adequacy to real needs (pragmatism)
  • Business orientation (service provided)
  • Ease of use (ergonomics and user experience)
  • Openness (integration capabilities, APIs)
  • Participate in feasibility & risk evaluation with IT & product teams,
  • Drive implementation of the experience with the product and IT teams: assess value, develop cases, build wireframes and mockups, create, and prioritize user stories and epics according to the product strategy.
  • Manage backlog grooming, release tracking, and user stories’ acceptance criteria,
  • Participate in the testing phase and launch on production,
  • Contribute to the Definition of relevant KPIs to evaluate the success of each new feature with the data teams, and be accountable for the tracking of the performance,
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote innovative features.

Required experience/skills

  • Minimum 4 years of product management experience in SaaS / Software environment
  • Self-motivated, organized, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experienced in working on a day-to-day basis with engineers
  • Strong customer-centric mindset
  • A curious mind with an appetite for solving complex issues
  • Proven ability to assess market requirements
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (French & English)

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who is excited to work in a “startup” style mentality and culture and is comfortable dealing with a certain level of uncertainty. You have a software engineering background and have moved into Project Management. You have excellent customer and communication skills.

You will work on a variety of projects across multiple clients. It is a varied and fast-paced role that will offer you every opportunity to demonstrate your software engineering expertise, super customers and communication skills and pragmatic PM talents. Whilst you will not be developing software in this role, you will be working very closely with our internal (and international) development team: helping to translate customer expectations and challenging where needed.

Project Management is primarily customer focused.

We believe useful features are features used by our customers, so you will need to be comfortable with making quick decisions, prioritizing pragmatically, and helping our developers to ship fast.

Required experience/skills

  •           Experience of software development Project Management,
  •           Provide leadership in your day-to-day attitude and motivate team members to meet goals,
  •           Create and execute project work plans and revise these as appropriate through the life of projects,
  •           Effective resource planning and reporting on a weekly basis,
  •           Ability to work directly with customers to ensure smooth delivery and identify new opportunities,
  •           Ability to influence technical discussions / designs / architectures,
  •           Drive continuous improvement throughout project management processes, feeding ideas, recommendation of tools used & updating processes where needed

Required experience/skills
