June 02, 2020, Karlsruhe (Germany) – Nexway AG (Ticker Symbol: NWAY, ISIN: DE000A2E3707, WKN: A2E370) has completed its capital increase previously announced on April 24, 2020 and May 14, 2020.
All shares were subscribed, in particular by two new institutional investors.

In connection with a subscription offer, the current shareholders had been offered 653,765 newly issued registered ordinary shares of Nexway AG with a proportionate amount of the share capital of EUR 1.00 each at a subscription price of EUR 6.00 per share. As a result, 14,519 shares were subscribed by current shareholders during the offer period from May 18, 2020 to May 31, 2020.

The 639,246 remaining shares not subscribed by current shareholders were subscribed by two new institutional investors. The issue proceeds amount to approximately EUR 3.9 million. The proceeds are primarily intended to finance the further growth of Nexway AG.
